Every homeowner who reaches Kittargeted Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Kittargeted Tree Service
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. But Kittargeted Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@kittargeted.garden. Please include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
